Bar Operations & Responsible Service of Alcohol covers the fundamental skills required for a bar attendant or a food and beverage attendant. You will learn the necessary skills to pour beer, present and serve wine, pour spirits as well as making cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.

Where can it take me?
You will be introduced to the personal attributes required of a person working in the industry as well as health and safety considerations for the working environment. The course also covers the legal requirements for a person to work in a bar serving alcohol.
